You can be assured that each vehicle, each motorcycle, dirt-bike and ATV will register in our state and you will receive a title and registration. Before you buy from another company ask them if they have a DMV license, if they do registration. We don't sell a product that has not been approved to be sold on this state. We ensure that we have all C.A.R.B. (California Air Resource Board), EPA, DOT* approvals before we sell them. California law requires that all on and off-highway motor-vehicles be registered through a licensed dealer.

AllPro Powersports honors a manufacturer warranty of ALL 2005-2006 AND NEWER HYOSUNG MOTORCYCLES COME WITH A 2 YEAR UNLIMITED MILEAGE TIRE TO TIRE TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY. AllPro Powersports warrants that all products are free from defects on material and workmanship and agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts. Conditions of this warranty states that the vehicle must be properly assembled before riding. Items not covered under warranty: Battery, fan and fan cover, muffler, tires & inner tube, rims & wheels, brakes, speedometer cables, throttle cables, plastic parts included but not limited to fenders, covers, and other such plastic covers. This warranty is explicit to manufacturer's defects only. Please understand that this warranty does not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user, an accident or any other event. The manufacturer disclaims all responsibilities such as injury and all other damages that are incurred while using this unit. Absolutely NO RETURNS on any of these vehicles. A 20% re-stocking fee will be added to items that are sent back. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for damages caused by the carrier. Please review our SHIPPING terms for additional info. If you ship the scooter to us for repairs you must pay the shipping charges both before and after the repairs. Make sure that you send the scooter insured. We will not be responsible for damages caused during shipping. ALL items must be returned in the original packaging with the original boxes and must contain all original materials, stickers, tools, trunks, keys, etc.

Shipping Charges - We use UPS Ground Service, Federal Express and other freight companies when we ship our products. Free Shipping on all our Scooters, Motorcycles, Dirt Bikes, ATVs and Go Karts. This offer only applies to the continental US Additional charges apply to shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Insurance is optional. Keep in mind that this charge is for TERMINAL shipping only. Additional charges apply when shipping to a commercial, residential address or when a lift-gate is required. Additional charges are as follows: commercial addresses add $45.00, residential addresses add 75.00 dollars, and lift-gate adds 45.00. Note: It requires at least 2 adults in order to unload some of these products. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

What if shipping damages should occur? - If your item is damage during shipping you must contact the carrier and file a claim. We will assist in this process but you must file a claim with the shipping company.

Where do we ship? - We ship to all CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES. Additional charges may apply to shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Sorry no PO Boxes, APO, FPO or International shipping.

Local Pickups or deliveries - We encourage local pickups. Please call us to arrange a pickup. We want to ensure availability of the product. Please call us for more information. Returns – There are no returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are not happy we will work with you to rectify the problem. In some extraordinary cases we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization. You must ship back the item at your own expense. A 20% restocking fee on return items will apply on all scooters (gas and electric), motorcycles, dirt bikes, AT Vs, bicycles and special order items.

Shipping time – Most items are shipped within 3 - 10 business days, after payment has cleared. Most orders ship within 72 hours however if we are out of stock on any particular color we may need ship your order at a later date. This waiting period includes a 72 hours on all Money Order, Credit Card and Papal payments to minimize the possibility of fraud. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery.

This price is available on-line or through our Ebay store only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders and Paypal Payments. Winning bidder will be contacted within 24 hrs. AllPro Powersports strongly advises you to review all the safety instructions carefully before its operation. Please, follow all rules and regulations in your state, city and local area before operating any of these vehicles. Please ensure that everyone in your family is aware of the all the safety requirements. Before purchasing a motorized vehicle check with your DMV about registering the product in your state.
